One of the many benefits of mindfulness, and one of the most important, is in the expansion of the space we create between stimulus and response. In other words, through a mindfulness practice, we learn to create a space within which we can “respond” to a situation, rather than “react” to it.
If you’ve been curious or wanting to learn more about Mindfulness, this is a perfect opportunity do so! Join me for a workshop where we will discuss the many scientifically proven benefits of practicing mindfulness. We will explore simple, easy ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. There will be a discussion of different apps and resources that are available to make your practice easier.
