I am a professionally trained and Certified Life Coach, ADHD Coach and Meditation Teacher.
I began my coaching practice over 10 years ago. In that time, I have continued on a path of personal growth and development. As part of this journey, I completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and committed to a daily meditation practice. The benefits of this practice were truly life changing! Teaching these mindfulness practices is an integral part of the work I do with my clients.
I’ve worked with a broad range of individuals— from students, to professionals, to entrepreneurs, to stay-at-home moms and dads— many of whom struggle with challenges often associated with attention deficit, or overactive, creative, beautiful minds! The most important part of the work that I do with my clients is in developing a practice of self- care, mindfulness and self-awareness! These are the foundations for positive change!
I have helped hundreds of adults dramatically improve the quality of their lives! My goal is to EDUCATE my clients on the importance of self-care so they can EMBRACE their uniqueness and beauty, and EMPOWER them to make lasting change in their lives!

My Personal Life:
I have been happily married for over 30 years. We have 3 terrific children (including a wonderful stepdaughter who came into my life when I met my husband over 30 years ago) and two beautiful twin grandsons. As the parent of an adult child with ADHD, I know the challenges that a parent faces. I also understand the challenges and struggles that my son has faced and the sometimes bumpy road we’ve traveled. It is my passion to help those who face the same challenges and struggles, and with the proper support, make their journey an easier one. It is also my passion to empower those who struggle with ADHD, with the skills and tools necessary to achieve their goals and reach their potential.
When I am not coaching, I love spending time with my family. We’re an active family that loves to ski, play tennis, travel and just hang out together. I love being outdoors, and hiking or walking with my dog, Kirby .
And more than anything, I LOVE TO LAUGH and HAVE FUN!
I’ve been asked many times why I have a hummingbird in my logo. The hummingbird is small creature who everyday finds delicious nectar within the tough, bitter parts of the flower, while humming with a happy heart. The hummingbird is a reminder that happiness lies within. When we accept the bitter parts to life, we are then able to allow our inner peace to grow, giving us the freedom and ability to enjoy the sweet side of life!
My Coaching Philosophy
I work with my clients, educating them in the practice of mindfulness. I help them gain a better understanding of self, because with knowledge comes power! Through mindfulness we create self-awareness of thoughts and behaviors that have a negative impact on their lives.
Together, we explore the many gifts, strengths and unique talents possessed by the client. Through developing a practice of self-love and self-care, we enable the client to truly embrace who they are.
Through our work together, we build self-confidence and self-esteem. It is with these tools that the client is then empowered to live the life they were meant to live, achieving their goals and fulfilling their purpose.
