I’m so excited to now offer Group Coaching sessions for adults diagnosed with ADHD, and those not diagnosed, but who can use support around time management, dealing with overwhelm, “mental clutter” and other challenges often associated with ADHD.
Group coaching offers a safe environment in which to share with individuals who understand what you’re dealing with, and often times share the same experiences. You receive the support, encouragement and accountability from peers. With the support and guidance of your coach, the group works together to support each other through challenges, motivating and inspiring one another to achieve goals. Group coaching is an affordable alternative to one on one coaching. It can truly be life changing!
There are two sessions forming in January 2017, one during the day and one in the evening.
What you can expect:
- Six (6) weekly sessions, 75 minutes each session
- Small groups limited to 5 to 8 participants
- We will cover topics such as time management, procrastination, productivity, as well as exercise, sleep, nutrition and mindfulness techniques.
- In addition to weekly meetings, there will be an online private community where you can share challenges, achievements, tips and strategies.
If you are interested in group coaching or would like more information, please contact me at (516) 236-6964. I look forward to hearing from you, and seeing you in January!
