Join Our 4 Session Group Meditation & Coaching Program – Finding Inner Peace
“I LOVED the group! I truly learned how to step back from my chaotic mind and breathe before I react… Thank you so much for helping me learn to let things go…”
One of the many benefits of mindfulness, and one of the most important, is in the expansion of the space we create in responding to a situation, allowing us to “respond” rather than “react” to it. We learn that with our breath, we have the ability to “unhook” from the chaos in our minds, the chaos causing stress, anxiety and overwhelm. When we feel anxious, or stressed, or overwhelmed, we are being hijacked by the thoughts racing through our minds. With a practice of mindfulness, we learn how to detach from those thoughts, which are often immobilizing, and create more peace, calm and productivity.
If you’ve been interested in learning more about a mindfulness practice or are looking for a community to practice meditation with, if you’re interested in creating more peace and calm in your life, join me for a 4 session group meditation and coaching program.
In this 4 week meditation and life enrichment coaching program, we will discuss and explore
- the practice of mindfulness and meditation;
- how to use mindfulness and meditation to manage stress and anxiety;
- how a practice can lead to a more peaceful life;
- ways to implement a practice into your daily life
Each week we will explore a new topic, followed by a meditation and discussion. Sessions are fun, insightful and enlightening!
Whether you are new to meditation or would like to deepen your practice, all are welcome!
